In Najd Rocks our supply chain with its complex logistics system it consists of facilities that convert raw materials into finished products which are later supplied and installed to the end consumers. Meanwhile, supply chain management deals with the flow of our products within the most efficient manner.
Our supply chain divided into two stages mainly, production and supply stages. In the production stage, components and semi-finished parts are produced in manufacturing Centre. The components are then put together in an the packaging plant. The supply stage consists of central and regional Centre that transport products & services to end-consumers.
